Georgia Express FC Summer League returns for Summer 2026 and is designed for players of all skill levels — from beginners trying soccer for the first time to experienced Academy players looking to stay active, improve their skills, and prepare for the Fall season. Summer League combines professional coaching, player development, and fun summer competition in a flexible format that works around family vacations and summer schedules. Summer League is a great fit. Unlike traditional team formats, Summer League is designed to accommodate summer vacations and busy family schedules while keeping players active and developing throughout the summer.
Getting Started June 1-6
We are excited to welcome your player to Georgia Express FC Summer League 2026. Please review the information below to help your child have a great experience from Day 1.
What to Bring
Players should bring the following to every session:
- Soccer ball
- Cleats
- Shin guards
- Plenty of water
- Sunscreen is recommended
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
What to Wear
Training sessions are informal, and players may wear any athletic clothing appropriate for soccer.
For Saturday games, all players should wear their Georgia Express Summer League performance tee (purple shirt) provided as part of registration.
Arrival Time
Players should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of every session to allow time for check-in, organization, and warm-up activities.
Summer League Check-In
For the first week of Summer League:
Monday, June 1 and Wednesday, June 3
Please plan to arrive between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM for player check-in, shirt distribution, and team assignments.

Players assigned to the Cauley Creek Summer League
- Mondays & Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Cauley Creek Park
Players assigned to the Newtown Sandlot League
- Tuesdays & Thursday, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Newtown Park
Saturday Games
All Summer League players will participate in Saturday games at:
Cauley Creek Park
Game times will be organized by age group:
Players Born 2017 and Younger
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Players Born 2016 and Older
- Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Players will be assigned to age-appropriate teams for Saturday games, creating a fun and competitive environment while allowing players to meet and play with different teammates throughout the summer.

A Program Designed for Development AND Fun
Practices will be led by Georgia Express Academy coaches. Players will train during the week and then be divided into teams for Saturday games under the supervision of our coaching staff. Our Newtown Summer League players will also join us on Saturdays, creating a fun and energetic game-day atmosphere throughout the summer.
This format allows players to:
- Learn in a positive environment
- Stay active throughout the summer
- Play with different teammates
- Improve confidence on the ball
- Develop technical skills and game understanding
- Miss dates due to vacation without impacting teammates

No previous soccer experience is required.

Non-Residents: $337.50
Registration includes:
- Summer League participation
- Training sessions

- Georgia Express performance tee for games
Addresses will be submitted to the City of Johns Creek for residency verification. Players registered incorrectly will be assessed the additional non-resident fee.
