March 18 is RESPECT 2017 Day, Atlanta United MLS Game

Georgia Express has been selected as one of the inaugural Youth Partner members of Atlanta United FC, the new Major League Soccer club.  As part of this new program, we are coordinating the RESPECT 2017 match day on Saturday, March 18.  Included in this day is discounted tickets for the Atlanta United FC v Chicago Fire game, March 18 4:00PM at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Georgia Express is coordinating a special day with opponents our teams are facing on March 18, including Bryson Park, Johns Creek UMC, Decatur Dekalb YMCA (DDY), Liberty/Blue Springs, and Rome Arsenal on March 18.  These clubs along with Georgia Express have over 4,000 youth soccer players across Georgia.  We are finalizing our Academy game schedules to allow all teams to be completed with their games in time to make the Atlanta United FC v Chicago Fire game at 4:00PM held at Bobby Dodd Stadium on the Georgia Tech campus.  We will do the same scheduling for our Rec, Athena, and Classic teams to ensure all players have the opportunity to participate in this program.

In addition to the discounted tickets, our players will take part in a post-match activity on the field after the Atlanta United v Chicago Fire game.  The Atlanta United staff is working on other benefits for our club.  Discounted tickets will be at three different price points; $15 (regularly $30), $35 (regularly $45), and $50 (regularly $60).  Families may purchase tickets online by clicking here using the Special Offer Code RESPECT2017.  A maximum of eight (8) tickets may be purchased.  This offer is valid through March 3, 2017.  These tickets are available now.

If a team wants to purchase a block of tickets so they can sit together, a Team Representative will collect money and the number of tickets from each player (any payment should be made payable to the Team Representative).  The Team Representative will then contact our Atlanta United Group Sales Executive Orlando Ruiz to finalize the purchase of the team’s group tickets.  He can be reached at (678) 420-7223.  Teams should work as early as possible to purchase tickets to ensure they have the best available tickets together.  So for example, if Coach Chris and his U9 Boys want to sit together, then a Team Representative would collect money from parents, submit a final order directly with Orlando Ruiz, and tickets would all be together for the game.  If a family would simply like to attend, then they would order online using this link.  Ticketing occurs through Ticketmaster, and these discounted tickets waive fees associated with Ticketmaster purchasing.
